Job Descriptions:

• Set and Monitor GMV Targets: Establish clear GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) targets for each live host, monitor individual performance metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Continuously track and analyze the performance metrics of live hosts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets.
• Host Training & Development: Provide comprehensive training for hosts, focusing on key areas such as communication, appearance, engagement techniques, and live-streaming skills. Ensure all hosts are equipped with the tools and techniques for success.
• Create and Implement SOPs: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure hosts adhere to established best practices, maintaining consistency and quality across all live sessions.
• Host Performance Testing & Feedback: Conduct regular testing of hosts' live performance to identify areas of improvement, provide constructive feedback, and create targeted improvement plans.
• KPI Setting & Tracking: Establish personalized Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each live streaming host, ensuring clarity in performance expectations. Regularly monitor and report on host achievements against these KPIs.
• Daily Reporting to Operation Management: Prepare and update daily performance reports, summarizing host activities, GMV data, KPI results, and any noteworthy performance insights for Live Streaming Operation management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience as Live Streaming Host/ Live Streaming Host Trainer or any relevant experience
• Possess minimum education level Diploma in any relevant field
• Proven leadership abilities: Strong leadership skills are essential to effectively guide, mentor, and motivate Live Streaming Host
• Sales Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is crucial to train and support hosts in achieving their sales goals
• Understanding of Platform Regulations: Thorough understanding of the rules, regulations, guidelines, and best practices for live-streaming on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee.
