SALES EXECUTIVE – VIVAMORE & SKyLOUNGE

Job Summary

Responsible for generating sales and securing events for both Vivamore and Skylounge, including corporate functions, private events, weddings, seminars, dining events and venue bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
• Conduct client meetings and venue site visits.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Develop corporate accounts, event planners and business partnerships.
• Promote suitable packages and upsell F&B, venue and event services.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations for confirmed events.
• Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years' experience in F&B, hospitality, events or venue sales preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and confident in dealing with clients.
• Good customer service and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own transport is an advantage.

Key KPI

Monthly sales revenue, new business leads, confirmed events, conversion rate and client retention. The successful candidate will manage sales for both Vivamore and Skylounge and recommend the most suitable venue based on each client's requirements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
