Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive the growth of Zetrix AI Avatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing the sales pipeline, and helping organizations adopt AI-powered solutions that improve productivity and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, SME, government, and education sectors.

- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and digital outreach.

- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for prospective clients.

- Understand customers' business processes and recommend suitable AI Avatar solutions to improve operational efficiency.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and key stakeholders.

- Prepare proposals and business presentations.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, contract signing, and project handover.

- Work closely with the HQ business services team & IT team to ensure successful solution deployment.

- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.

- Stay updated on AI industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Solution Sales.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated with excellent problem solving and relationship management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, Automation, or Digital Transformation solutions.

- Experience engaging C-level executives, HR leaders, Operations teams, or IT decision-makers.

- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
