• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and bolster demand for our products.
• Innovate and drive campaigns or activities to fortify our VIP membership loyalty program.
• Collaborate with internal teams that works with suppliers and partners to optimize co-marketing opportunities at our store outlets.
• Oversee and manage relationships with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery and implementation of events and marketing activities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with PLC partners, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships.
• Communications Support:
• a. Manage and coordinate in-store POSMs (Point of Sale Materials).
• b. Plan and distribute eDM (electronic Direct Mail).
• c. Collaborate with digital marketing agency to implement digital marketing strategies.
• d. Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for promotional activities and campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to those in the retail industry.
• Demonstrable success in liaising with external stakeholders, particularly with agency & 3rd party vendors.
• Result-oriented, organized, and meticulous with a proven track record in problem-solving.
• Self-starter with high initiative, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Strong team player with exemplary communication skills, capable of collaborating with staff at all levels.
• Proactive, driven, and resourceful with a hands-on approach to tasks.
