KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Service & Sales

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and purchase decisions.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
• Promote products, campaigns, and membership programmes.

2. Store Operations

• Replenish merchandise and maintain product availability on the sales floor.
• Retrieve stock from the stockroom and support inventory replenishment.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support cashiering, opening and closing duties, and stocktake activities.

3. Teamwork

• Work closely with team members to achieve store goals.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Participate in training and continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills.

4. Other Duties

• Comply with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Passion for fashion, retail, and customer service.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
