Job Description

• Assist in supervising daily manufacturing and production activities.
• Support achievement of output, quality, efficiency, and delivery targets.
• Assist with manpower allocation and daily operator management.
• Monitor production output, yield, scrap, downtime, and manpower efficiency.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, ISO, ESD, cleanroom, safety, and quality requirements.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure proper shift handover.
• Monitor operator attendance, discipline, and work performance.
• Train and guide operators on production processes and quality requirements.
• Support 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare production reports and escalate major issues to the Manufacturing Supervisor / Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience leading operators or production teams is preferred.
• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or optical module manufacturing is an advantage.
• Familiar with SOP, ISO, ESD, cleanroom, quality control, and 5S.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts and overtime when required.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
