We are looking for motivated and passionate Sales Consultants to join our growing automotive team.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the right vehicle, managing enquiries, arranging viewings and test drives, and following up with potential customers to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

* Attend to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins

* Introduce and recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs

* Arrange vehicle viewing and test drive appointments

* Follow up with leads and potential customers

* Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process

* Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent service

* Achieve individual and team sales targets

* Create and share vehicle content on social media when required

Requirements:

* No experience required — training will be provided

* Sales experience or automotive experience is an advantage

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Positive attitude, hardworking and willing to learn

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* Possess a valid driving licence

* Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
