Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Content Creation (Main Scope)
- Create daily content for social media (Reels, TikTok, Stories, simple posters/carousels)
- Assist in content ideation & storytelling aligned with brand mood and campaigns
- Shoot simple videos using phone (BTS, product, POV, styling, trends)
- Do basic video editing (cut, captions, music, transitions)
- Prepare content for product launches, promos, and campaigns
- Ensure content is posted on time and according to schedule

3. Marketing Activities & Campaign Support
- Assist in product launches (content prep, coordination, checklist execution)
- Support TikTok LIVE / campaign days / promo activations
- Help prepare materials for sales events, pop-ups, or offline activations
- Coordinate with designers, live hosts, photographers, or influencers when required
- Assist in photoshoots, content shoot, & simple styling prep
4. Operational & Team Support
- Help ensure marketing tasks move smoothly from idea → execution
- Support admin-related marketing work (simple reports, content tracking, updates)
- Assist the team with last-minute tasks during launches or peak periods
- Event -Community Support
Requirements
- Basic understanding of social media & content trends
- Comfortable using phone camera to shoot content
- Able to do simple video editing (CapCut / InShot / similar)
- Organized, responsible, and able to follow timelines
- Willing to learn and grow (experience is a bonus, not a must)
- Have own transport
- Min Diploma
- Min Experience at least 2 years in marketing fashion industry
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in fashion / beauty / lifestyle brands
- Creative eye for aesthetics & storytelling
