What You will do

• Lead and support a small team of mortgage consultants while managing your own sales portfolio
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive personal and team growth
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with working partners and referral sources
• Coach and mentor junior consultants to improve performance and client engagement
• Deliver holistic mortgage solutions across refinancing, home purchase, and wealth financing
• Represent Aurelis Mortgage at networking events, corporate engagements, and business development activities

About you

• Has experience in mortgage banking, mortgage advisory, property financing, or financial services
• Demonstrates leadership potential and enjoys mentoring and developing others
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and is motivated to grow both a team and a sustainable business
• Is self-driven and confident in managing personal sales targets and team performance
• Values integrity, collaboration, and putting clients first
