We are looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance projects, system enhancements and business transformation programmes across our financing operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead business requirements gathering, workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Analyse and document business processes, system requirements and functional specifications.
• Drive process improvement, automation and transformation initiatives across financing and operational functions.
• Work closely with business users, project managers, technology teams and vendors to deliver effective solutions.
• Perform impact assessments, gap analysis and solution evaluations.
• Support system implementation, enhancement, integration and modernization projects.
• Lead SIT and UAT activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Analyse operational and business data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Banking or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of Business Analysis experience within financial services, banking, financing, leasing or digital transformation environments.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in system implementation, enhancement and change delivery projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience with AS400 (IBM iSeries), lending systems or legacy financial applications will be an added advantage.
