What You'll Do

• Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and customer interactions
• Support travel and airline-related enquiries with accurate and professional information
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups
• Work closely with team members to achieve service excellence
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and operational processes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM / UEC / O-Level or equivalent
• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, BPO, Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or Aviation
• Experience handling calls, emails, or customer support tickets
