This role will be based in Bangsar South.

What you’ll be doing

• Act as the key finance systems support partner for the Commercial Finance team.
• Perform system reconciliations, planning integrity checks, and maintain master data across finance platforms (Snowflake, Power BI, TELUS).
• Lead the weekly actualisation review process, highlighting key issues, risks, and impacts.
• Coordinate SLOBEX reporting, inventory clearance activities, and claims versus accrual reconciliations.
• Support system administration, including data uploads, maintenance, and governance controls.
• Provide commercial and financial analysis, ad hoc reporting, and decision-support insights.
• Identify and implement process automation and reporting improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls.

Requirement

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 3-5+ years' experience in Finance Operations, Commercial Finance Support, Shared Services, Reporting, or Finance Systems.
• Experience with finance systems, master data management, financial controls, claims, accruals, and reconciliations.
• FMCG or consumer goods industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to Power BI, Snowflake, TELUS, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
