Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to provide technical troubleshooting and support for automotive operations. You will handle complex technical cases, work closely with support teams and internal departments, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.

Office Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050 Klang, Selangor.

What Will You Do:

• Follow established Technical Support processes and procedures.
• Handle technical cases requiring in-depth troubleshooting and resolution.
• Work closely with the Primary Technical Support team to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
• Manage incoming calls and technical support requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to outlets and frontline teams.
• Communicate and share technical knowledge with L2 Engineers and Primary Support teams.
• Investigate technical issues and identify the root cause of quality problems.
• Liaise with relevant departments to support operational requirements and improve service levels.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Technical Support Manager.
• Conduct site visits when required to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Perform other technical and operational duties assigned by management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar systems is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel or conduct site visits when required.
