Key responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing/reviewing related documents of the contract management
• Prepare progress payment certificate for contractor and consultant
• To carry out site valuation and measurement as and when required
• Checking of claim submitted by contractors, consultants, supplier etc.
• To prepare the variation order for the contractor and consultant
• To prepare and submit progress claim to client
• Liaise and coordinate with consultant and contractor to ensure project are completed on time, within budget and acceptable standard
• To source and prepare a list of sub-contractor/supplier for quotation exercise.
• Assist in pre-tender process including but not limited checking tender documents, attend Tender Committee Meeting and subsequently prepare minutes of meeting, etc.
• To handle correspondences with Client, Consultants and other related parties

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least at least Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Survey with at least 8 years of work experiences in related industries and discipline
• Dynamic with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate and good report writing skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exposed to working with big costing database and able to meet tight deadline

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
