Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance operations to ensure facilities are safe and well maintained.
• Supervise the maintenance team, including guiding foreign workers, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and equipment.
• Manage maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments and external contractors to ensure timely maintenance support and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka (Portuguese Settlement Area).
