Machine Operation

1. Operate machines according to standard operating procedures (SOP)

2. Ensure correct machine setting before operation.

3. Monitor output quantity, minimize rejects material and maintain production efficiency

4. Achieve daily production targets and maintain cycle time

5. Monitor product quality, perform in-process inspections and identify defective products

6. Ensure complete production records and check sheets

7. Perform daily basic machine checks and cleaning

8. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance for the machine

9. Report abnormalities or machine faults immediately to supervisor

10. Diagnose and repair machine breakdowns

11. Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment reliability

12. Follow safety procedures and use PPE correctly

13. Ensure machine safety devices are functioning

14. Maintain cleanliness of machine and work area (5S)

15. Complete production records, check sheets, and downtime report

16. Inform supervisor when spare parts are required and perform for spare part replacement

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
