Job Summary | 职位简介

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies to support the company’s business and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

* Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans.

制定及执行市场营销策略与计划。

* Plan and manage marketing campaigns based on business objectives and target markets.

根据公司业务目标及目标市场策划和管理营销活动。

* Conduct market and competitor research to identify market trends and opportunities.

进行市场及竞争对手分析，掌握市场趋势及发展机会。

* Develop marketing budgets, timelines and campaign priorities.

制定营销预算、时间表及活动优先事项。

* Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing strategies with sales targets.

与销售团队紧密合作，确保营销策略与销售目标一致。

* Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.

监督营销表现，并提出改善建议。

* Coordinate marketing activities across digital and offline channels.

统筹线上及线下营销活动。

* Manage external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners when required.

根据需要管理外部营销机构、供应商及合作伙伴。

* Continuously review and improve marketing strategies based on market response and results.

根据市场反馈及营销成果，持续检讨及优化营销策略。

*Requirements | 任职要求*

* Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

市场营销、工商管理或相关专业文凭/学位。

* Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.

至少3年相关市场营销经验，有管理或主管经验者优先。

* Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.

具备良好的策略规划及分析能力。

* Good understanding of marketing campaigns, market research and customer trends.

熟悉营销活动、市场调查及客户趋势。

* Good communication, coordination and project management skills.

具备良好的沟通、协调及项目管理能力。

* *Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.*

*能够使用中文及英文进行沟通。*
