Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software.
• Proficiency in demand planning and inventory control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to be based in Taman Klang Jaya, Selangor.
• Willing to travel for site visits or supplier meetings when required.
• Open to all candidates; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Management

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of supply chain operations.
• Monitor overall supply chain performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure supply chain activities are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.

3PL & Logistics Coordination

• Collaborate closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimise transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely delivery and efficient logistics operations.
• Monitor logistics performance and address operational issues when required.

Inventory Control & Demand Planning

• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory to support production requirements.
• Conduct demand forecasting and planning to ensure smooth operations.
• Minimise the risk of stock shortages or excess inventory.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues where necessary.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure supply chain activities comply with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation and adherence to quality standards.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement strategies and best practices to enhance overall supply chain performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Sales teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
• Support coordination across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
