Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound prospecting calls daily to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Industrial, and B2B sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and business solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development is preferred.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering, or B2B solution sales will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
