Full Time Key Account Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in WANG-ZHENG BHD Shah Alam - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute daily KA and traditional trade store visits; coordinate shelf replenishment and display optimization; monitor sell-through and report updates promptly.

2. Monitor local marketing campaign execution at store level; identify issues promptly and drive on-site corrective actions.

3. Maintain local client relationships; handle on-site escalations and minor local issues to full resolution.

4. Act as the liaison between HQ and Malaysia operations; support order, logistics, and inventory coordination.

5. Gather competitor intelligence, channel feedback, and pricing data; produce regular market briefs.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or higher qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is preferred.

• Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is essential, Hokkien or Cantonese is a plus.

• Driving License: Valid Malaysian driving license (Class D / DA); comfortable with daily field visits and driving.

• Core Competencies: Strong communication and execution skills; adaptable and able to work independently; capable of handling on-site challenges.

• Personality: Resilient, results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, and willing to work hands-on at store level.

• Experience: Experience in FMCG / retail / face-to-face sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Location

Malaysia (Based in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor; coverage of Klang Valley and surrounding areas required)
