Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) / 9am - 1pm (Alternate Saturday)
Job Description:
- Manage and monitor project costs and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients.
- Evaluate, verify, and certify subcontractors’ progress claims.
- Prepare and process subcontractor payment recommendations.
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate Variation Orders (VO) and additional works.
- Conduct site measurements and valuation of work done.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for quantity and cost verification.
- Prepare and manage subcontract documentation, including letters of award and claim records.
- Liaise with site team, consultants, clients, and subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters.
- Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and settlement of Final Accounts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position(s). Fresh graduated are welcome for applying.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Computer Skill such MS Office.
- Able to work independently with strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
