Job Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper stock arrangement, labelling, and storage.
• Ensure products are handled and stored according to company requirements.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory records.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.
• Assist in checking incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase orders.
• Guide and monitor warehouse assistants in their daily duties.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry for warehouse transactions.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or inventory experience; supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Able to lead and coordinate a small warehouse team.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse-related tasks.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Experience in veterinary, pharmaceutical, or healthcare products is an advantage

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
