Job Description

- Develop and manage key customer accounts to achieve sales and business targets.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and project expectations are properly managed.

- Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and business expansion.

- Support post-sales activities and maintain good customer relationships for repeat business and account growth.

- Monitor account progress and provide regular sales and project updates to the Head of Sales.

- Follow up on proposals, tenders and business opportunities through to successful closure.

- Manage sales opportunities, leads and customer information in the Sales Tracker.

- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and budgets in accordance with company approval requirements.

- Arrange and manage customer meetings, presentations, demos, proposals and project discussions.

- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Technical, Marketing and Project teams to develop suitable solutions and proposals.

- Understand customer needs, business requirements, pain points and project objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, project champions and stakeholders.

- Develop account plans and winning strategies for targeted customers and projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Management, or related field.

- Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
