We’re Hiring: Full-Time Dental Surgery Assistant & Receptionist

Location: Teethos Dental Clinic – Just a 1-minute walk from Pasar Seni MRT, LRT, and bus station!

Join our vibrant and supportive team in a modern, friendly dental clinic environment. Your main role will be assisting in the surgery room, but you’ll also have the chance to deal with the front desk work.

Job Scope:

• Assist in the surgery room (e.g., preparing instruments, supporting the dental team, ensuring cleanliness and sterilization)
• Welcome and register patients, manage appointment bookings, and handle inquiries
• Manage calls, WhatsApp, and other administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk

Requirements:

• Must be able to work on weekends
• Good communication skills and positive working attitude
• Willingness to learn and assist in the surgery room (training provided)
• Basic computer knowledge (marketing/social media skills are an advantage, but not compulsory)
• Ability to communicate and write in Mandarin is a strong advantage!
