ADF Technologies Hiring! Full Time Site Engineer in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Supervise and manage daily operations on the construction site.
• Ensure construction activities are executed according to project plans, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor progress and performance of construction activities and adjust as needed.
• Technical Oversight:
• Interpret and explain technical drawings, shop drawings, and schematics to site workers/labour.
• Resolve any technical issues or discrepancies in plans.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Liaise with engineers, managers, and other construction professionals to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to project managers.
• Facilitate meetings and site inspections with relevant parties.
• Quality Control:
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that construction meets required standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
• Address and rectify any defects or non-compliance issues.
• Safety Management:
• Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment on-site.
• Conduct safety audits and provide training to site workers on safety procedures.
• Report and investigate accidents or incidents that occur on-site.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any changes to the project scope.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers.
• Document and track site issues, changes, and resolutions.
• Resource Management:
• Manage and coordinate the use of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure that materials are delivered on time and used efficiently.
• Monitor and control project costs to adhere to budget constraints.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Willingness to travel to different sites as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a site or project engineer in HVAC industry
• Strong knowledge of HVAC construction.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and other software.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
