Responsibilities
Location: Mid Valley (KL Eco City) - Walking distance from LRT Abdullah Hukum
Basic Salary: RM 2,400 + RM100 (Allowance) + Incentive + OT
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Required to work on Weekend / PH if required)
Working Hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm
Intake: Immediate Hiring/ASAP
Requirement:
- Malaysian only
- Minimum SPM (Passed)
- Required Language(s): Very Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Experience in Telemarketing and Collection Officer will be advantage
- Able to start work immediately
- Training will be provided, fast learner
- Target oriented and wiling to stay back to achieve target
- Good convincing and negotiation skills needed
Job Description:
- To attend to inbound and make outbound calls and remind the account holders of their outstanding payment payments
- To liaise and negotiate with account holders on their payment issues
- To follow-up and monitor on account holders’ payment
- To attend to the documentation required to assist collection
