• Manage the full payroll process using the HR2000 system
• Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment records.
• Support the onboarding and induction of new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases and HR information systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in administering employee benefits, leave applications and payroll-related enquiries.
• Respond to HR enquiries from employees and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Assisting with the preparation of HR reports, statistics and documentation as required
• Supporting compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies
• Performing other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned by the HR team

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing and HR administration, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel). Experience with HR2000 or other HR management systems will be an added advantage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive employee information
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues effectively
