Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Halal Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara.
- Full-Time position.
- 5.5 working days
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance activities of incoming material, in-process products and finish products.
- To handle in-process quality control and conducting the necessary audit and training related to Food Safety system.
- Assist in updates and maintain all documents and records related to HACCP, GMP, SSOP and SOP plan.
- Keep all record and checklist up-to-date
- Ensure suppliers and products are comply to the food safety standards and regulations set by government as well as company.
- Enforce food safety standards, quality control and parameter specification in production area.
- Perform all audits relevant to QA/QC at the factory.
- Support in any improvement and development on new and existing practices within QA/QC department.
- Liaise with senior management regarding QA/QC issues that may affect production.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
- To perform in any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all company matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
