What you'll be doing:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview arrangements, onboarding and offboarding process.
• Support learning & development activities from planning & coordination of training program.
• Monitor employee attendance and medical records.
• Assist in employee activities.
• Perform HR support tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Familiar in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Eager to learn and detail oriented
