Job Responsibilities:

• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor order status.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other departments to support operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange timely replenishment of materials.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier documentation.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
• Experience in purchasing chemicals and metal is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
