• Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Support the sales team in following up with clients on orders, deliveries, and payment status.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and pricing information.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare sales reports, tracking sheets, and other documentation as required by management.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and contract paperwork.
• Monitor stock availability and liaise with relevant departments on order status.
• Handle basic customer complaints or escalate to the relevant department when necessary.
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)

Experience:

• Sales Admin: 2 years (Required)
