Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain team.
• Build and develop the supply chain team, including Material Planning, Logistics, Inventory, and Production Planning.
• Set up SOPs, workflows, and KPIs for the supply chain operations.
• Manage MRP, material planning, forecasting, and production planning.
• Monitor material availability, capacity, inventory, and production schedules.
• Manage warehouse and inventory, including FIFO, traceability, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
• Handle LMW license application, renewal, compliance, and reporting with Customs/RMCD.
• Ensure proper management of bonded and non-bonded inventory.
• Oversee import/export, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and delivery.
• Manage relationships with 3PL and logistics service providers.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Customs and international trade regulations.
• Monitor supply chain costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Coordinate with global supply chain teams and headquarters.
• Lead production planning and shop floor execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience.
• At least 3–5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in export-oriented manufacturing is an advantage.
• Experience with LMW license is required/preferred.
• Strong knowledge of import/export, customs regulations, Incoterms, and global logistics.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Able to build processes and teams from scratch.
• Experience with SAP and MRP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an advantage.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
