What You'll Do:

Provide first and second line support for production applications

Document processes and maintain accurate records of support activities

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or production support roles
Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues across various platforms
Strong communication skills to engage with users effectively
Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
