JOB TYPE:

6 Months Renewable contract

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform manual, automation, system integration, user acceptance, and regression testing across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, QA documentation, automation tools, and scripts.
• Communicate testing plans, status, risks, and issues to management and project teams.
• Work with project teams to prioritize requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct application reviews and assess software quality, usability, and functionality.
• Test new programs, features, tools, and technologies and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support and improve QA processes, standards, guidelines, and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with development and project teams to integrate QA activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of manual software testing experience.
• Experience in automation testing or strong interest in programming/scripting for test automation.
• Good knowledge of SQL, DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Python or JavaScript is preferred.
• Experience with API, web, and/or mobile application testing.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of QA strategies, processes, and testing tools.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, and Web Services.
• Good understanding of software development and client/server or mobile computing environments.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate good project execution skills.
• Detail-oriented, process-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality software..
