Position Overview

This role combines technical support, sales, customer engagement, and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate will act as a technical sales representative, helping customers understand products, proposing solutions, and growing market presence in Malaysia.

Must-Have Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or related field

Own transportation and willing to travel extensively within Malaysia

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Good problem-solving and time management skills

Preferred Requirements

Technical sales or engineering background

Mandarin-speaking candidates

Local candidates who can communicate in Mandarin

Presentation and negotiation skills

Experience dealing with customers and providing technical solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Customize specifications based on customer needs.
• Liaise with headquarters regarding technical, purchasing, and administrative matters.
• Support quotation preparation and technical aspects of RFPs/tenders.
• Ensure customer and sales objectives are achieved.
• Develop business opportunities and increase market presence in Malaysia.
• Gather and provide market feedback to management.
