Job Description:
Assist the Project Manager to monitor the progress of interior decoration and renovation works
Assist to prepare tenders and contracts for the works
Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties on repairs, renovation and minor A&A projects
Requirements:
Holder of Diploma / Certificate in Surveying/ Architectural Design / Interior Design
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Practical skills in use of AUTOCAD
Knowledge of construction and related ordinance
