What You’ll Do:
- Carry out turn-on and cut-off of electricity and water supply as well as to take meter reading of electricity, water, and gas meters for account opening/closing
- Perform disconnection and reconnection of electricity supply for default payment utility accounts
- Perform water thimble jobs
- Attending to customers’ queries on high electricity consumption and conduct site investigation on suspected meter irregularities cases
- Handle complaints, service recovery and case investigation
- Any other duties related to the job scope as assigned by Unit and Section Head
What You'll Need:
- Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electrical / Electronics / Communications / Aerospace / Mechantronics Engineering or any other relevant disciplines from a local Polytechnic / ITE.
- Possess Class 2/2A/2B/3 driving license and has own vehicle
- Conversant in SS638 Code of Practice for Electrical Installations & Electricity Regulations
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work on alternate Saturdays
