Objective

To lead and oversee the Company’s Human Resources functions by developing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and practices that support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, ensure compliance, and build a high-performing workforce. The role is responsible for providing strategic HR advisory to management while continuously improving HR processes, systems, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, and other HR related operations.
• Handle employee relations matters, including counselling, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Prepare HR reports & dashboard, workforce analytics, resource planning , and management presentations.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
• Participate in HR system implementation, process improvements, and continuous enhancement of HR practices.
• Provide HR advisory and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in handling the full HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and multitasking effectively
