我们正在寻找一位具有扎实开发经验的全栈Java工程师加入我们位于吉隆坡的团队。该岗位适合具备良好技术基础，并希望在实际项目中持续成长的开发者。

你将与Scrum Master、产品团队及开发团队紧密合作，参与系统设计、开发及交付，确保项目在质量与时效上达到预期目标。

岗位职责项目交付与团队协作

• 协助Scrum Master进行项目估算及迭代计划，提升交付预测的准确性
• 与团队共同参与系统及模块设计，确保符合公司架构规范
• 确保系统在可扩展性、可维护性及稳定性方面达到质量标准

开发与工程实现

• 根据业务及系统需求进行编码、测试及技术文档编写
• 编写高质量、易维护的代码，满足项目交付要求
• 参与代码评审，并实践 TDD（测试驱动开发） 和 DDD（领域驱动设计）

系统支持与维护

• 根据安排参与三级（L3）技术支持（含轮班及必要的非办公时间支持）
• 快速定位并解决系统问题，保障服务稳定运行

日常职责

• 持续更新项目进度，确保任务透明及可追踪
• 严格遵守公司知识产权保护规范（如源代码、文档等）
• 积极参与团队协作，推动良好的团队氛围

任职要求学历要求

• 计算机科学、信息系统或相关专业大专或本科以上学历

工作经验

• 3–5年软件开发经验
• 有高并发系统经验者优先（如金融科技、游戏、电商等）
• 具备以下经验者优先：
• 使用Git进行团队协作开发
• 熟悉CI/CD流程

技术要求

• 扎实的 Java开发能力
• 熟悉 MySQL 和/或 MongoDB
• 了解或具备 存储过程（Stored Procedures） 使用经验
• 理解并实践：
• DDD（领域驱动设计）
• TDD（测试驱动开发）

Role Description

The Full-Stack Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support our fintech, Web3, mobile, and enterprise solutions. Day-to-day activities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and optimizing server-side APIs and services, integrating databases, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security across the stack.

The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical architecture decisions. The developer will also troubleshoot issues, write clean and testable code, and assist with deployment and maintenance processes. This is a full-time on-site role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, server-side frameworks (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar), and integration with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, covering application design, implementation, testing, and maintenance across the entire stack.
• Solid understanding of web architecture, RESTful services, version control (e.g., Git), and secure coding practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, on-site team environment and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), or DevOps tools is an advantage.
• Background in fintech, Web3, or enterprise applications is beneficial but not required.
