Responsibilities
Hiring: System Engineer Lead (Mandarin Speaker)
We are looking for an experienced System Engineer Lead to join our team and take ownership of enterprise infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day system and infrastructure operations
- Perform server configuration, administration, patching & troubleshooting
- Manage Backup & Recovery solutions and ensure successful backup/restore
- Manage Storage infrastructure – SAN/NAS, capacity & performance
- Configure and troubleshoot Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing & Switching
- Monitor system, storage and network performance
- Handle infrastructure incidents, escalations and root-cause analysis
- Support Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity activities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams
- Lead and mentor junior System/Infrastructure Engineers

Experience
6+ years of experience in System Administration / Infrastructure Engineering with experience in a Senior or Lead role.
