RSM Stone Forest Hiring! Full Time Accounts Manager - Financial Statements in - Ricebowl

RSM Stone Forest, the largest accounting and business advisory group outside the Big 4 in Singapore. We are looking for candidates to be part of the Outsourced Accounting Division, AccountServe. The Financial Statements team assist clients in meeting their compliance requirements.

This role will be responsible to:

• Prepare financial statements for various industries in accordance with SFRS/IFRS.
• Ensure the drafting of financial statements is completed on a timely basis.
• Perform group consolidation accounts.
• Familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Review and check junior team members' work to ensure accuracy and completeness in their work.
• Assist in any other assignment or special projects as required.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and inter-departments coordination to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Manage a team and able to supervise and provide guidance to team members.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification eg. ACCA, CA, CPA.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experiences in auditing and financial reporting.
• Familiar with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
• Possess strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
• Proactive, committed, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Possess initiative to resolve challenges and improve work processes.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Those with relevant experience from a professional firm will have an advantage.
