WE’RE HIRING | PRODUCT MANAGER | SINGAPORE

Are you a results-driven Product Manager with strong end-to-end product ownership experience?

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join an exciting enterprise project in Singapore and drive products from problem definition through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Location: Central, Singapore

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP, subject to security clearance

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Eligibility: Singapore Citizens / Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR)

Rate: Up to SGD 11,700/month (all-inclusive)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own products end-to-end, from problem definition to release and continuous improvement

• Interview stakeholders and users to understand business needs and define clear problem statements

• Develop business proposals to justify resource allocation and secure funding

• Define success metrics and establish dashboards to track product performance

• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and define initiatives to achieve business outcomes

• Create and maintain product roadmaps and work closely with teams to deliver milestones

• Collaborate with UX/UI Designers and Software Engineers to design, develop, test, and release products

• Analyse product outcomes and continuously iterate to improve performance and user experience

• Engage users and stakeholders to drive product adoption and successful implementation

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes

Strong end-to-end experience working with Design and Engineering teams to build and launch products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq is an advantage

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, Business, or related discipline is a plus

Certifications such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analysis Professional are advantageous
