Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Documentations Submission prior to the job start.
• Work closely with customers and planners for the scheduling
• Work with customers and team leaders to conduct a site walk to gather survey details.
• Coordinate to gather information and submit site survey report to customer service department for quotation.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders inside/outside the organization for incoming job preparations.
• Prebook or rent the relevant equipment with the vendor prior to the job start (For example, rental of Crane, Forklift, and Air Compressor)
• Inter department coordination.
• Attending site safety/coordination/traffic meeting (If any)
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Have high communicative ability in at least 2 languages
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong self-motivation with an ability to work on multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to be in the field
• Willingness to work from anywhere in the field
• Safety-minded
