Key Responsibilities:

• Review, manage, and distribute architectural design documents (drawings, specifications, etc.).
• Provide technical support and solutions for design-related inquiries and issues on-site.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with the design team, construction team, clients, consultants, and suppliers.
• Manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and submittals (Shop Drawings, Material Submittals).
• Assist in ensuring on-site quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Regularly report on project progress and identify potential risks and challenges.
• Support the preparation of as-built documentation and the handover process.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as an Architectural Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in healthcare construction projects.
• Experience with construction projects in Singapore is an advantage.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Candidates with a proven track record of successfully completing projects are highly welcome.
