Job description

Responsibilities:

. Prepare and draft M & E system drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

. Support Construction phase with shop drawings , testing and commissioning documentation.

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, Civil contractors , architects and other M & E contractors to resolve interface issues.

.Plan, manage and cost effective delivery of M&E systems.

.Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site

.Maintain project documentation and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree in M & E engineering or related field from a recognized institution

.Minimum 5 years of experience
.Proficient in M & E design software

.Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, regulations and standards
