Role: PMO/Project Quality Assurance
Key Skills:
· Advance knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
· PMP, Quality Management certifications are a plus.
· Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA etc)
Responsibilities:
The PMO/ Project Quality Assurance role is responsible for ensuring that all projects adhere to established governance frameworks, quality standards, and compliance requirements. This role provides oversight, guidance, and support to project teams to maintain consistency, improve delivery performance, and mitigate risks across the project portfolio.

• Coordinate information for adhoc internal / audit RFI requests
Requirements:
· Degree in IT / Project Management or a related field
· Minimum 5 years of IT Project Support experience, preferably in banking/financial industry or other highly regulated industries.
· Experience in large-scale, multi-project environments.
· Have a good understanding of Project Life Cycle and basic understanding of project methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
· Innovative and have past track records of introducing process improvement.
· Very strong organizational and analytical skills, is meticulous with details.
· Highly-motivated self-starter and strong team player and able to work with a high degree of autonomy.
· Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with senior stakeholders.
· Good attitude, coachable and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with the information handled during the course of work.
· Able to multitask, work in a fast paced environment, handle high degree stress and meet deadlines.
