Job Summary

You will plan and organize site and job sequencing to ensure smooth project execution, achieving cost, quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction goals. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, project teams, and authorities to monitor progress, compliance, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and set up site and sequential job activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
• Manage project schedules and resolve technical issues to maintain workflow continuity
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their work aligns with project timelines
• Conduct regular site meetings and inspections with project teams, site staff, and contractors to track progress and quality compliance
• Liaise with relevant authorities to secure permits and licenses required for project execution
• Monitor site progress and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project delivery
• Control project costs and enforce quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement and oversee Work Safety and Health practices to maintain a safe working environment
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Director
