Responsibilities

• Handle front office duties, including check-in, guest verification and room status updates.
• Perform cashiering, billing and shift closing duties.
• Attend to guest enquiries via phone, email and at the front desk.
• Assist with room checks, reservations and public area inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support hotel operations.
