Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer (Test program owner) with hands-on experience in hardware/software utilized for ATE testing.

Candidate should have direct hands-on working experience in the following modules:

ATE 93k architecture/instruments,

Psshorts,

Openshorts,

JTAG/I2C,

Hardware development,

Tcct or other equivalent automated test interface,

Handler experience,

Basic thermal setup

Pattern development.

Experience on Advantest V93K (93K) tester SMT7/8 is required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Own end‑to‑end test program validation, sign‑off, and production release across silicon lifecycle milestones.

· Act as the single point of accountability for test program quality, readiness, and release health.

· Integrate test content across multiple IP/module owners, ensuring consistency, coverage, and regression.

· Drive PV, audit, and data compliance, closing gaps before any release.

· Coordinate cross‑functionally with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Infra, and Manufacturing teams.

· Ensure test programs are CI/infra ready (toolchain, automation, versioning, release governance).

Requirements:

· Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field

· 5+ years hands-on experience with Advantest V93K tester

· Experience in semiconductor test or validation environment

· Strong debugging and analytical skills

· Leadership skills are bonus.
