Responsibilities
About the role
This role requires you to manage the day-to-day operations of a group of car parks and enforcement units. Other duties include liaising with government bodies, contractors and office personnel. As most of our operations are 24-hour basis, the executive may have to work odd hours, over weekends and public holidays. The potential candidates must remain contactable for management support after office hours.
Key responsibilities
Supervise a group of carpark and enforcement staff
Client relationships
Project management
Operations audit
Prepare daily and monthly reports
About you
Diploma in any related field
At least 2-3 years' supervisory experience
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Good leadership qualities
Must possess own mode of transport (car or motorcycle)
